2.3 years of experience in laser cutting technology for glass materials;
3. Familiar with the operation and debugging of laser equipment, able to solve equipment failures and process problems, proficient in the causes and improvement solutions of poor laser cutting processes;
4. Familiar with laser cutting principles, material properties, and related quality standards;
5. Familiar with 2D and 3D design software such as CAD, UG/Pro-e, and able to independently develop laser cutting fixtures;
6. Has independent project follow-up experience, high work enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and validation of glass cutting technology;
2. Responsible for the development and validation of laser cutting fixtures;
3. Responsible for the trial production of glass cutting process samples and problem improvement;
4. Responsible for developing production process operation manuals and other documents for glass cutting processes;
5. Lead the review of cutting process design for NPI projects, identify development risks, and develop response measures;
6. Evaluation and validation of new laser cutting processes, materials, and equipment;
7. Familiar with cutting techniques (laser, precision carving, trimming) and proficient in operating cutting equipment.
Recruitment requirements:
1. Graduated from a major in mechanical or mechatronics integration, with at least 2 years of work experience, and can be trained as a fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree
2. Able to endure hardship and work overtime with the production line
